Return & Refund Policy

At Faith Freedom Creations, we want you to love your purchase! Because all of our products are made-to-order and custom-printed just for you, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.

Made-to-Order Products

All items are custom-made after you place your order. This means we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Color differences due to monitor settings
  • Minor print placement variations

Defective or Damaged Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund.

To qualify for a replacement or refund, you must:

  • Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Provide photos of the defect or damage
  • Include your order number

What We Cover

We will replace or refund items that have:

  • Manufacturing defects (misprints, poor quality printing)
  • Shipping damage
  • Wrong item sent
  • Wrong size sent (when we made the error)

How to Request a Return or Replacement

  • Your order number
  • Photos clearly showing the issue
  • Description of the problem

We will review your request within 2-3 business days and provide instructions for next steps.

Refund Processing

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed

Exchanges

For defective or incorrect items, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. If you need a different size or design, you will need to place a new order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. Please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. We recommend using a secure delivery location or requiring a signature for delivery.
